I just got back today from a week away at the hotel and already planning to go back in May. The stay in the Aqua slides section of the hotel was relaxing and quieter than the other pool, which I found great. The food was delicious with plenty of options, even though I was on the all-inclusive package, but I did venture out for evening meals. The staff was friendly, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. However, I was a bit disappointed as the room was not as clean as expected, and I had issues with non-working sockets, forcing me to charge my phone in the bathroom. Some of the staff members were not as friendly as the rest, which was a downside for me during my 4-night stay.
